Orders based outside of the radius will require shipping. We cannot home deliver to PO Boxes. * Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process and HOME DELIVER your order. Orders are generally delivered to your mailbox or front door. * Please allow 24-48hrs for us to process & dispatch your order VIA AUSTRALIA POST. (Pls consider peak times/weekends/public hols). * 'Express Post' is from the time we dispatch, not from the time in which you ordered. Tracking will be provided for all postage through Australia Post We also currently offer a pick up service. Firstly-we are so sorry, this very rarely happens. But never fear. As soon as you realize you are missing an item, please notify us immediately by phoning or emailing us at zoshiandco@gmail.com.

To speed things up we will request that you send us a photo of the invoice we included in your order bag. Once we have this and can confirm it was missing, we will then organise to ship your missing item asap. Thanks for understanding.
Once you are ready to checkout with the items in your shopping bag, click on the checkout button in your shopping cart. If you do not have an account, simply follow the easy steps to create an account and continue through the checkout process. The merchandise sold on our site is intended for personal use only, and not for resale. We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear to be for resale purposes.
