Returns

Please note refunds will strictly only be provided for items that have been assessed and deemed as faulty. A store credit will be issued for all other circumstances.

If something doesn't fit or you have changed your mind.....please apply the following instructions.

Please note; Shipping fees are not refunded.  

Returned items MUST adhere to the following policy:

1. Returned with original tags attached and packaging. 

2. Have no sign of wear, stains, body odour, perfumes, tanning products or machine washing detergents + no buttons or detailing should be off or missing. 

3. Returned within 10 business days of receiving your order.

5. Credit notes can be used on Sale items however Sale purchases are final and cannot be returned. 

The credit note is then redeemable on any product online. It is not redeemable on shipping fees. Credit note is valid for 6 months from the date of credit issued.

Zoshi & Co has the right to refuse a returned item should we decide it is not in it's original condition.

All return policies issued by Zoshi & Co abide by and are in line with the Australia Consumer Law (ACL)

We do not accept responsibility for items that are lost or damaged by your courier when being returned to us. We suggest you keep a copy of all tracking details should you need to follow up.
